To access the Browse Accidents and Incidents window, click the Incidents
icon on the toolbar.
The Browse Accidents and Incidents window lists a summary of the accidents and incidents that your company has recorded as having occurred in your workplace or site. Details displayed include the date of the incident, whether an investigation has been carried out, a brief description of the incident and the person involved in the incident.
Displays all incidents and accidents in chronological order starting with the most recent incident.
Displays incidents and accidents recorded on alternative incident registers. To view the incidents on a particular register, select its name from the Register dropdown list. The incidents on that register will be listed.
Displays all incidents alphabetically according to the last name of the person involved.
Displays the incidents according to the department where they occurred. To view the incidents for a particular department, select its name from the Department dropdown list.
Displays incidents and accidents that have involved lost time by a date range, which can be entered in the From Date and To Date fields using the lookup buttons

Displays incidents and accidents according to cost by to a date range, which can be entered in the From Date and To Date fields using the lookup buttons

Displays incidents and accidents according to their unique ID number in descending order.
Displays incidents and accidents according to incident reporting category. To view the incidents in a particular category, select that category from the For Category dropdown list. To view the incidents in a category by date range, enter the dates in the From Date and To Date fields using the lookup buttons

Used to add the details of a new incident.
Used to edit or update an existing incident record.
Used to delete an incident record.
Incident Reports and Statistics
Used to generate serious and non-serious accident notifications, incident detail reports, incident summary reports and incident statistics.
Used to run queries on incidents to answer specific questions such what caused the incidents and what level of harm resulted.
Used to move up and down the entries on the browse list.

The tag buttons are used to select records for printing.
